| RESPONSIBILITIES |
| – Manages the property’s sales efforts |
| – Provides day to day leadership to sales associates to achieve sales objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and hotel revenues |
| – Develops and implements sales reports on weekly and monthly basis as required |
| – Researches competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share |
| – Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for the owner |
| – Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share |
| – Identifies public relations opportunities and coordinates activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy |
| – Oversees overall hotel positioning, awareness and reputation of the hotel |
| – Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs |

| REQUIREMENTS: |
| – Bachelor degree or higher in related field |
| – Experience at least 7 years in direct field |
| – Good communication skill in both Thai and English |
| – Proficiency in Microsoft Office |
| – Good Interpersonal skill |

| Sales Executive / Sales Manager |
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
| – Promote and sell hotel rooms and food & beverages |
| – Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans |
| – Manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term strategy |
| – Ensures hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals |
| – Utilizes company profile database to determine geographic areas for travel agent calls while maintaining top and existing travel agent accounts. |
| – Convert sales leads and achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports. |
| – Conduct familiarizations and site inspections |
| – Updates the sales strategy & sales plan with the direct report / General Manager |
| – Monitor competitive set and communicate to direct report and / General Manager |
| – Report as required on sales activities and successes |
